It won’t be an exaggeration to say that golfers in Abu Dhabi are spoilt for choice with six different golf courses offering different experiences six days a week. The courses range from championship ready to one in the heart of the city, another one beneath the mountains in Al Ain and a sand golf course.

Among the world’s top 100 golf courses the Abu Dhabi Golf Club boasts 27 holes, including the 18 hole national course, the site of a European PGA Tour event. It is also home to one of the UAE’s most famous golf clubs in the shape of a falcon perched on a golf ball. The Par 72 National Course covers 7,600 yards of well maintained fairways, contoured greens and a series of challenging bunkers. The club also hosts the floodlit 9 hole Par 36, 3,341 yard Garden Course which is suited to the skill levels of a range of players and can be used as a practice venue well into the night.
