The Abu Dhabi City Golf Club has acquired renown as one of the premier golfing facilities in the Emirate. Formerly it featured a sand course, but later it was transformed into the first grass course in Abu Dhabi. The course’s nine holes are the work of Ian Scott Taylor, an esteemed golf course design expert from Britain.
